EDUCATION POLICY
One of the main functions and missions of the Intellectual Property Research Institute is to provide human resources in the intellectual property field through the development and organization of training, coaching, and seminar sessions on intellectual property and intellectual property rights.
At the present, the main goal in intellectual property training is to foster quick improvement to the skills of managing and commercializing intellectual properties for executives to participate in the science and technology market, namely capacity building on aspects of intellectual property / intellectual property rights. The reason is that in the science and technology market, intellectual property and intellectual property rights are considered as special and popular "commodities". In order to ensure their abilities to participate in the market, entities must have the necessary knowledge about theory and related laws, as well as the skills to practice appropriate professional operations. These are also essential elements to ensure the market operates in an organized and healthy manner. However, all of the above conditions are currently not met. In general, the capacity of Vietnamese entities in the science and technology market has not really been improved.
The Intellectual Property Research Institute is organized by a scientific council of doctors and senior experts with more than 30 years of experience in management, research, and teaching in the field of intellectual property. In addition, its adjacent staff has also worked in the field for more than 10 years with a master's degree and is in charge of management and multiple other tasks of the Institut. This can be considered as a strong staff to fulfill all activities of the above-mentioned goals.
